So they returned …. and the big question is … “did they love or hate their revamped bedrooms?” …
Archie’s bedroom is on the ground floor .. in fact its the garage .. but converted (he’s not that feral !), so he has quite a lot of space, he is very into his scooting and is often found either watching YouTube videos of people scooting / scooting himself / or fixing his scooter .. so I wanted the room to reflect his style.

He already had the scooter transfer, but I wanted to put some posters on his wall, I found a couple of really nice black & white posters which I knew would be his thing and got them framed, the major piece in his bedroom was the work bench, so he could fix & update his scooter, I bought the legs and Mr W bought the wood, fixed it together .. using bolts to make it look rough and ready for all the work that Archie (& his friends) would throw at it.

Harry’s room is the smallest, but I still wanted it to reflect his likes and loves .. Harry is definitely a laptop and gaming boy .. though he still has a love for LEGO, he is also off to secondary school in September so wanted a place where, if he chose, could do his projects in the quiet of his room, I bought him a small laptop table which fits in the room brilliantly, it has a small storage draw .. the shelves were added to give the room more storage but also to show off his favorite LEGO pieces.

I also bought Harry and Archie these storage tables, which will come in very handy.

Harry .. the next Nick Park !
Phoebe is almost 16 and needed a room where she could relax and also hang out with her friends, I thought some statement pieces would suit her sense of style. I knew from a previous visit to IKEA that she liked the transparent chair, I also found this storage table which other than looking very modern would also be useful storage.

I also found these copper lights from Primark, which hang nicely around her mirror.

Phoebes room also needed a few bits of art and as she seems to have a thing for plants I found some lovely prints for her from Desensio, they certainly add to her room.

The good news is they all LOVED their new look rooms … I have asked (pleaded) with them to now keep them clean & tidy … they just smiled ….. I fear the worst!
